Rebecca, together with her life and business partner, Solomon Oon lead RCA Wealth (formerly known as Raymond Chan Agency), which has a proven track record of over 20 years in unit trust industry.

Holding on to the values of “Your dreams, our passion”, they lead a team of over 200 consultants with a staggering asset under management of over RM700 million.

Rebecca was an Accountancy and Finance scholar, bagging 3 ACCA national book prizes including being ranked No. 2 globally for one of them.

Prior to this, she was a Corporate Tax Accountant in two of the Big 4 accounting firms and subsequently in a German multinational company.

She decided to build her career in the unit trust industry due to her burning desire to be a lighthouse to guide Malaysians to achieve their financial hopes and dreams, especially after experiencing financial loss due to wrong decisions. Since then, she has vowed to share her holistic financial planning knowledge in the areas of wealth protection, accumulation and distribution so that her clients can optimize their financial security earlier.
